At last the Eagles go into a game buoyed having won the previous week and they must now take this into the next game and build on it. Saturday sees them travel to Thornton Cleveleys who sit in 9th position in the West Lancs Premier division and they now need to start picking up more points in the ‘business end of the season.’
Meanwhile Gary Kay’s reserves will be keen to forget last weeks game where they lost convincingly away at Mill Hill St Peters, but it will be a tough one again as they entertain Top of the division 3 Poulton. Gary will be keen to put right last week’s defeat and get back to winning ways too.
