Eagley Football Club wishes all its Players, Volunteers, Coaches, Fans and families and friends a very Merry Xmas and a happy new year. With the football re commencing on Saturday the 7th January where the 1st team entertain Tempest Utd and the reserves travel to Wyre Villa. Still both with 2pm kick offs.

This Saturday sees the last games before the new year and Simon Whaley's men will be desperate for a win to lift them off the bottom of the table for Christmas. The 1st team make the long trip to Whitehaven and the Eagles will be leaving bright and early to ensure they're ready for the encounter... Meanwhile, a big game for Gary Kay's reserve side as they take on locals Stoneclough in the Home ...

This Saturday sees both first team and reserves play Lancastrians Hesketh Bank. The first team make the trip away with Whaley's men desperate to make it 3 wins in a row and show that they have maybe turned a corner? With Hesketh also sitting in the bottom three of the table it makes for a real six pointer of a game and both teams will be hoping for the win... Meanwhile, the reserves play Hes...

Saturday sees the first team entertain Thornton Cleveleyes at home, and Simon Whaley's men will be hoping they can manage to get a run going and make it two wins in a row! Meanwhile, the reserves travel to Wyre Villa and  Gary Kay's men will also be looking to get some momentum going and get something from the game.. So far both games should go ahead and any updates or postponements will go on ...

All Saturday's games in the West Lancs League have been postponed and will be rearranged due to the bad weather,

This Saturday sees the 1st team entertain Crooklands at home in a game they know they must win, whilst the reserves play away at Lytham Town. Both games have a 2pm Kick off, weather permitting. **** 1st team game at home is ON, reserves away v Lytham Town is OFF ****

Eagley FC will be hosting their annual Bonfire Night down at Dunscar Bridge on Saturday from 6-30, with a firework display at 7-45pm. All members family and friends are welcome and if you haven't a ticket there will be tickets available on the night, just come down!  

Gary Kay's reserve side host Croston Sports Club in  Saturday's  Divsion 3 West Lancs clash. Gary will be hoping for a result with some players returning from injuries and with no 1st team game he should have a full squad to choose from. With the new seasonal kick off time of 2pm starting tomorrow, hopefully it will be a good game and weather permitting we'll see the Eagles get  the points!

It's Derby Saturday again, where the Eagles take on local rivals Turton FC in the second round of the West Lancashire Richardson Cup. This game is known to be the oldest football Derby match in history, so obviously means a lot to both teams. Kick off is at 3pm at the Thommasson Fold Ground, Edgworth , so please come up to support the lads.

Saturday sees the 1st team travel to Lostock St Gerard's in a fixture Simon Whaley's men know they must try and win in the hunt for much needed points. Whilst the reserves take on Lancastrians Wyre Villa in the West lances league 3 clash. Both games kick off at 3pm so please get behind the lads which ever game you can attend.
